He is survived by: his wife Linda Payne; his children, Todd McCoy, Daniel Payne and Belinda Nolte; his grandchildren, Dillon McCoy, Katelyn McCoy, Weston McCoy, Lilly Payne, Russell Payne, Samuel Payne, Reed Payne, Audrey Nolte, Holly Nolte and Travis Nolte; his sister Sharlene Prazak; and his siblings-in-law, Susie Payne and Buck Watson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
