She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Orsak and Eloise Orsak; her husband Pete Bulanek; her siblings, Adolph Orsak, Emil Orsak, Albina Orsak, Katy Thompson and Jeffie Thompson; her stepbrothers, Johnnie Kopinitz, Edward Kopinitz, Gus Kopinitz and Martin Kopinitz; and her great grandchild Michael Greene.

She is survived by: her children, Gary Bulanek (Cindy) and Peggy Perry (Doyle Wayne Jr.); her stepbrother Sigmund Kopinitz; her granddaughter Cheli Greene (Todd); her great grandchild Sean Winn (Kelsey); her great great grandchildren, Layla Winn and Jaxson Winn; and her caregiver Anna Hernandez.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donation be made to the charity of your choice in Ruby's memory.
