He was predeceased by: his parents, J. E. Chastain and Wanda Chastain; his siblings, Dennis, Melbourne and Brenda; and his grandson Kenneth Lee Chastain III.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Chastain; and his children, Kenneth, Jeramie (Jamie), Jacob and Denise. He is also survived by several grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, many nieces and nephews.
