She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Underwood, John "Jed" Underwood, Scout Underwood and Jason Norton; her brother Mark Phelps; her granddaughter Angelina; her niece Chrissy Phelps; her nephews, Alex Phelps and Jeremy Phelps; and her great-nephew Reed Phelps. She is also survived by numerous other relatives, and friends.
