He was predeceased by: his mother Ruby Mae Dykes (Mooneyham); and his sister Peggy Mott. He is survived by: his wife Rosie Marie Dykes (Zatopek) of Crosby, TX; his son Kenneth; his daughter-in-law Carol Hanson of Crosby, TX; his son James "Bubba"; his daughter-in-law Michele Dykes of Houston, TX; his daughter Mary "Sissy" Dykes of Baytown, TX; his grandchildren, Blake (Rebekah Hanson), Bianca Hanson, Brendon Dykes and Max Ainsworth-Dykes; his niece Tonya Pyle; and his brother Billy Dykes of Zavalla. He is also survived by 3 great-granddaughters.
