He was predeceased by: his parents, William Elwood Kennedy and Margaret Evans Kennedy (Maw); his former wife Marilyn Joyrice Kennedy; his wife Donna Carmack Kennedy; and his sister Glenda Heeth.
He is survived by: his close friend Robert Hill; his siblings, Dora Hockin (Tom) of Alvin, Clifford Kennedy (Carol) of Edmond and Robert Hill (Teresa) of Brookshire; his siblings-in-law, Bill and Willma Elliot of Liberty; his niece Kathie Kadura; his great-niece Sherri Kennedy (Herman); his grandchildren, Christina Toler (Jeff), Christopher Kennedy (Brandi) and Makayla Kennedy-Mendoza (Anthony) of Crosby; and his great grandchildren, Johnna Toler, Seth LaCaze, Suzy Kennedy, Allesia Kennedy-Mendoza (Ally) and Maci Toler. He is also survived by numerous Nieces and Nephews.
