He was predeceased by: his parents, Garland Grover Costilow, Sr. and Elvie Belle Forshey; his wife Vickie Costilow; and his close friend Doyle Huffman. He is survived by: his daughter Kristie Wenzrel (Mike); his grandchildren, Tyler Gardner (Cody) and Conner Wenzrel; his great grandchild Asa Gardner; and his siblings, Robert Costilow and Rebecca Davidson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
