He is survived by: his mother Marie Kelley; his wife Marianne Pack; his sons, Kevin Pack (Karen) and Jeff Pack (Becky); his granddaughters, Madelyn Pack and Makenna Pack; and his brothers, Gary Pack and Chuck Pack. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
