He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Rangel and Roberto Rangel; and his brother Jeorge Rangel. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert "Bobby" Rangel and Linda Johnson; his sons, William (Jennifer Rangel), Robert (Hillary Rangel) and Frank II (Marilyn Rangel); his grandchildren, Frank "Tripp" Rangel III, Ryker Rangel, Jack Rangel and Aria Rangel; his pet Dolly; and his close friend Jack.
