It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donnie Joe Johnston of Crosby, Texas, born in Dayton, Texas, who passed away on August 28, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Johnston and Mable Johnston; and his siblings, Doyle, William Wayne and Linda Carol.

He is survived by: his daughter Danyel (Troy Reuter); his wife Michelle; his grandchildren, Jaden and Brooke Reuter; his daughter Dwana Johnston; and his grandson Remy Ballard.
