He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bennie Ray Rooks Sr. and Bernice Agnes Kadura Rooks; his sister-in-law Carol Rooks; his children, Tiffany Murley (Cameron) and Charlie Rooks Jr. (Alyssa); his grandchildren, Paisley Murley, Kyndall Baker and Anistyn Rooks; and his siblings, Judy Guzman, Brenda Rooks, Bennie Rooks Jr. (Linda), Larry Rooks and Tommy Rooks (Toni). He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
