It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bonita Jane Slusser of Crosby, Texas, born in Rockdale, Texas, who passed away on October 19, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Beulah Inez Cryer and Edward James Cryer; her siblings, Pete, James, Mary, Dorothy, Patsy, Ann and Betsy; her grandson Colton Grant Slusser; and her cousin David Antle.
She is survived by: her husband Edwin Grant Slusser Sr.; her children, Suzanne Slusser Thibodeaux, Edwin Grant Slusser Jr. (Barbara) and Kalynne Slusser Wilkerson (Clay); her grandchildren, Romni (Ske), Tyler, Danielle, Kendall (Morghan) and Dallas (Jolene); and her great grandchildren, Keana, Kaira, Kaden, Kamri, Kauper, Taylin, Kinlee, Kali, Kamry and Klaetyn. She is also survived by other extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
