She was predeceased by: her parent Hershell; her son-in-law Darrell Catoe (Mugsy); and her siblings, James Sturgill (Lettie), Sheldon Sturgill (Kathy), Sherrol Sturgill, Faye Prather and Brenda Sue Long.
She is survived by: her spouse Thomas S. Smith; her pet Sassy; her daughters, April Catoe (Tim), Debbie Kozolvac (Buddy) and Judy Dadura; her grandchildren, Kaleb, Erica, Matt, Chelsea and Danny; and her siblings, Ona Frazier, Linda Grant, Virginia Lakins, Barbara Ann Fannin, Janie Rapp, Clovia Hession (James), Corbitt Sturgill (Jean) and Wayne Sturgill. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
