She was predeceased by: her parents, John Willie Welch and Beulah Mae Stanfield Welch; and her husband Cliff Dover. She is survived by: her brother-in-law Kenneth Dover (Norma) of Ohio; and her goddaughter Angela Morris Zahn. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Old Palestine Cemetery (290 County Rd 2609, Alto, TX 75925).
