It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leona Mae Mooney of Crockett, Texas, born in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 17, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ross and Geneva Ross; and her grandchildren, Melissa Shaver of Patrick, George Shaver, Antonio "Tiny T" Hernandez III and Tiffany Mooney.
She is survived by: her husband Tom Mooney, Sr.; her children, Tommy Mooney, Jr., John Mooney, Ginnie Graham, Evelyn Bailey, Charlena Martinez and Tanya Hernandez; and her siblings, Lena Evans, John Ross, Edward Ross and George Ross. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren.
