He is survived by: his mother Winnie Mae Moffitt; his daughters, Debbie Sladecek (Rudy) and Renee Ewell; his siblings, Walter E. Moffitt (Virgina), Carol Ann Williams, Lisa Sydek (Mark) and Todd DuPont (Janet); and his grandchildren, Misty (Michael Bonham II) and Christy (Jarad Ham).
