She was predeceased by: her parents, Jess Jackson and Willie Patton Jackson; her husband Roger Ward; her daughter Carolyn Currie; her grandsons, Devin Parrish and Adam Ward; and her siblings, Sally Smith, J. A. Jackson and James Jackson.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Vaughn of Grapeland, Debbie Harrison of Kinder, LA, Becky Morgan of Grapeland, Roger Ward, Jr. of Grapeland and Joe Ward of Belott. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Callaway-Allee Funeral Home (700 E Houston Ave, Crockett, TX 75835). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
