He is survived by: his wife Alice Mills of Weches; his children, Cecil Duane Mills, Jr. (Debra) of Weches, Josh Mills and David Earl Mills of Weches; his grandchildren, Shane Alan Mills, Jr. (Karen) of San Augustine, Alishia Scott (Sarah) of Weches, Danielle Tarver (Keaten) of Grapeland, Isaac Lewis (Tiffany) of Grapeland, Zachery Lewis (Amanda) of Palestine, Allison Mills of Weches, JoJo Mills of Weches, Dustin McMillan, Michael Pruitt and Kimberly McMillan; his great grandchildren, Shane III, Serrina, Tori, Sevrin, Nicholas, Sean, Haylee, Kaylyn, Karter, Jesslee, Karlie and Evy; and his sister Carlon Fagan of New Jersey.
