He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald L. Hughes and Joyce Marsh Hughes; and his sister Irene "Sissy" Thomas. He is survived by: his brothers, David Hughes of Beaumont and Kenny Hughes (Crystal) of Latexo; his aunt Gwen Arnold of Diboll; his uncle Ken Marsh (Judy) of Latexo; his niece Niki Lehmann (Josh) of Waco; his nephews, Kenny Hughes, Jr. (Danielle) of Latexo, Heath Hughes (Savanah) of Fort Worth and Ben Willis (Ashley) of Grapeland; his brother-in-law Lonnie Thomas of Waco; and his brother Paul Blaylock of Latexo. He is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives and friends.
