He was predeceased by: his parents, Eunice Steed and Lester Wade Noble; his stepmother Monetta Noble; and his sisters, Maxine Burger and Louise Noble.
He is survived by: his spouse Billie Jean Atkinson; his children, Rhonda (Ronnie McCreary) of Lufkin, Teresa (Tom Denton) of Dallas, Scott (Natalie Noble) of Dallas and Greg Noble of Etoile, Texas; his grandchildren, Logan, Jordan, Landon, Kelly, Thomas, Taylor, Ford, Quentin, Ava and Oaklie; his great grandchildren, Parker of Paige, J. T., Cooper and Elliott; his nieces and nephews, Kay, Crystal, Kim and Jeffrey; and his close friend Ross White. He is also survived by many other extended family members and lifelong friends.
In honor of Billy, the family has asked that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Etoile Volunteer Fire Department, P.O. Box 9, Etoile, Texas 75094.
