She was predeceased by: her mother Dorothy R. Adams; her husband Jack Norman Vaughn, Sr.; her daughter Helen Sue Vaughn; and her father Sam Tatum. She is survived by: her sons, Thomas William Vaughn of California and Jack Norman Vaughn, Jr. of Texas; her granddaughter Ellen Jean Robbins of Latexo; and her siblings, Darlene Chapman of Georgia and Jake Tatum (Donna) of Douglasville, Georgia.
