She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Carter Simmons and Annie Drew Weaver Simmons; and her husband Charles James Irwin. She is survived by: her daughter Polly Ann Caldwell (Vaden) of Crockett; her granddaughters, Haley Caldwell Seils and Holly Ann Caldwell of Crockett; and her great grandchild Autumn Jane Seils. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
