He was predeceased by: his brothers, Cleo (Evelyn) and Charlie Westerfeld, Jr.; and his siblings-in-law, Billy Ray Steinkamp, Lavera Hampel (Schulte) and Raymond Hampel.
He is survived by: his spouses, Heartis and Helene Westerfeld; his daughters-in-law, Jimmy Westerfeld, Laura Westerfeld of Crawford, Dale Westerfeld, Luann Westerfeld of Fort Worth, Terry Westerfeld, Sharon Westerfeld of Crawford, Greg Westerfeld and Shelly Westerfeld of Crawford; his sister Nelva Steinkamp (Westerfeld) of Crawford; and also, Waco, Margaret, Ira Gohlke of Crawford, Frances, Henry Schulte, Jr. of Boerne and Edna Mae Westerfeld (Wehmeyer) of Crawford. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church or Cemetery,.
