She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hodel and Pauline Hodel (Rosenbaum); and her siblings, Franklin Hodel and Martha Hodel. She is survived by: her nephew Ronnie Hodel (Dana) of Erie, Colorado; and her niece Laura Ann Giles (Tommy) of Fort Worth. She is also survived by four great-nieces and nephews; and five great-great-nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Canaan Baptist Church or Crawford Cemetery Association.
