He is survived by: his wife Susan Holtman Phillips; his daughters, LuAnn (Travis Mahan), Michelle (Stacey Peacock) and Nicole (Clay Lednicky); and his grandchildren, Heather, Chase Mahan, Chloe Kuklies, Tyler and Carter Maddox.
