He is survived by: his wife Erin; his parents, Jeffrey Forsse and Leonor Forsse (Yana); his sister Jessica Smith (Rodney); his nieces, Cora, Amelia and Sophia; his siblings, Joseph Forsse and Jodie Crabtree (Jeff); his nephew Neil; his niece Mila; his grandmother Joyce Peterson Forsse; his great-uncle Thomas Rae Forsse; and also, Steve, Tania Allen, Shelby Hebert (Tyler), Lucas, Jonas and Juliet. He is also survived by wife and daughters.
