It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet (Hoehn) Schmalriede of Crawford, Texas, who passed away on December 8, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Hoehn and Ella Hoehn (Bohne); her husband Edward Schmalriede; and her sister Patsy Isbell. She is survived by: her children, Susan Ware (Larry), Brenda Tankersley (Steve), Rita Welch, Karen Hemphill (Larry), Curtis Schmalriede (Lori), Kent Schmalriede (Lorrie) and Brett Schmalriede (Kathi Quinn); her siblings, Vivian Lange, Geraldine Allen (Sidney), Yvonne Schmalriede, Albertine Hendrickson, Larry Hoehn (Kaye) and Charles Hoehn (Ann); her grandchildren, Janessa Santry (Jonathan), Casey Nystrom (Adam), Courtney Bagley (Michael), Jeremy Hemphill (Amber), Christopher Hemphill (Ashley), Kendall Petty (Robbie), Jenna Percivill (Nick), Kelcey Kenneaster (Griffin) and James Quinn (Ashley); and her great grandchildren, Brodie, Brynlee Bagley, Addison, Harper Nystrom, Kade, Ryan Hemphill, Madison Hemphill, Cooper Quinn and Piper Percivill.
