She is survived by: her husband Edward Lewis of Crawford; her brother Allen Box; her children, Eddie Geron Lewis, Dede Athey and Lori Kramer; her grandchildren, Jennifer Stone (Jeff Stone), Christopher Athey, Lindy Johnson (Robert Johnson) and Adair Salinas (Oracio Salinas); her great grandchildren, Travis Stone, Tawny Gauthier, Triston, Tavin, Tacie Johnson, Mayson, Avery Gauthier, Joaquin, Aurora and Artemis Salinas; her sisters-in-law, Ruth Box and Irma Box; and her friends, Bubba and Donna Athey.
