He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Leone and Marven Lester Hooper. He is survived by: his wife Nina Gayle Barr; his sons, Shawn Ray Hooper (Kellie) of Midland and Kyle Robert Hooper (Melissa) of Andrews; his grandchildren, Storm Ray (Mycah) of Midland, Michaeli Barrae (Chris Tom) of Andrews, Brittain Knight (Maghan) of Odessa, Noah Daniel (Alexus) of Odessa, Jessica Gabrielle of Odessa, Vanessa Lee, Samray Caleb of Andrews, Paydon Gayle (Dalton Kasel) of Stephenville, Molly, Blake Merrill of Andrews, Jeremy Browder and Jazmine of Arlington; and his siblings, Gordon Hooper and Marvalee Mikkelsen (Kent) of Rio Rancho, NM. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and treasured friends.
