He is survived by: his daughters, Channon Denise and Kelley Dawn; his close friend Jolene; his wife Jolene Bulman; his daughters, Jennifer Harvey (Lance Harvey) and Monica Spalding (Gerald Spalding); his grandchildren, Courtney Keel, Kirstin Manning (Kevin Manning), Dillon Collier, Tyler Moreno, Chaley Moreno, Mason Harvey, Mallory Harvey, Cutter Spalding, Yunger Spalding and Treyli Spalding; his great grandchildren, Avah Moreno, Jaylee Keel, Carter Keel, Camdyn Manning and Wyatt Holly; and his siblings, Faye Thompson, Dianne Blevins (Bill Blevins), Judy Frederick and Doug Bulman (Lois Bulman). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
