He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Bland and Clister Jo Bland; and his former wife Evelyn. He is survived by: his wife Grace; his son Jim Jones (Kay); his sister Bettie Mann (Archie); his grandchildren, Alison Hernandez (Marc) and Austin Jones (Morgan); and his nephews, Richard Mann (Gretchen) and Kevin Mann. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
The family welcomes donations to First Baptist Church of Crane as an expression of sympathy in place of flowers.
