He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Garcia and Rosa Garcia; his wife Angelica Tarin Garcia; and his son Goel Garcia. He is survived by: his children, Julian Garcia Jr. of Odessa, Michael Garcia of Midland, Oralia DeLaGarza of Crane and Deelba Cordova of Odessa. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
