He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Emma Lou Milam; his daughter Norma "Renae" Milam; his parents, Veda Milam and Carl Milam Sr.; his brother Norman Milam; his siblings-in-law, Darrell Dixon and Juanita Ellison; his children, Carl Gordon Milam and Sherry Milam; his sister Peggy Dickson; his sister-in-law Gloria Milam; his grandchildren, Carl "Dubba" Milam, Kimberly "Kimby" McClatchy, Traci Woods and Jaci Poole; and his great grandchildren, Kamryn, Kaylor, Layton Milam, Ashlyn, Kolby, Kenzi McClatchy, Emma, Parker Woods, Aubree and Rylee Mason. He was also cherished by his daughter, son, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
