He is survived by: his children, Marques Neal (Amanda) and Marva Denay Neal (Cody) of Crane, TX; his grandchildren, Deja Neal of Corpus Christi, TX, Deavyn, Ameri "Cheeky" Neal of Odessa, TX, Maya and Landri Neal of Crane, TX.; and his siblings, Clarence Neal (Donna), Clara Hubert of Midland, TX, Terry Neal (Lovie) of Hearne, TX and Willie Neal of Midland, TX. He is also survived by his loving wife of 40 years, his children, and beautiful granddaughters.
