He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugenio Gutierrez and Josephina Gutierrez; and his daughters, Socorro and Yolanda Gutierrez. He is survived by: his wife Evangelina Urias; and his children, Leroy Gutierrez (Anabel), Gary Gutierrez, Sandy Jimenez (Albert), Velma Perez (Carlos) and Kathy Bacon (Tommy). He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 34 great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM at the Nichols Funeral Home (1503 Andrews Hwy, Crane, TX 79731). A rosary will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Good Sheppard Catholic Church (810 S Virginia St, Crane, TX 79731). A burial will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Crane County Cemetery (1505 Andrews Hwy, Crane, TX 79731).
