He was predeceased by: his parents, Mattie Staggs and Bill Staggs; and his sister Brenda Staggs Johnson. He is survived by: his wife June Staggs; his daughters, Dolly Staggs of Crane, Toni Staggs of Crane, Kathy Ortiz (Catarino) of Crane and Leslie Garcia (Freddy) of Crane; his sisters, Pat Taylor of Paducah, Wanda Staggs of Odessa and Lori McCaleb of Spring; and his grandchildren, Crissy Staggs, Chelsea Rendon, Brittany Tarin, Melissa Carlile, Jayla Ortiz, Michael Holliman, Junella Garcia, Belinda Ortiz, Thomas Ortiz, Brandon Brents, Savannah Garcia, Diego Garcia and Lexi Garcia. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
