He is survived by: his wife Vickie Johnston; his children, Tami Wagner (Barry), Matt Johnston (Stacie) and Amy Shaw (Chris); his stepchildren, Larry Watson (Gencie) and Christie Hernandez (Luis); his grandchildren, Kendall Pasciucco (Patrick), Kade Wagner (Jenn), Kolt Wagner, Taylor Johnston, Collin Johnston, Gavin Horton (Summer), Parker Shaw and Chandler Shaw; his stepgrandchildren, Ray Hernandez, Sadie Hernandez and Sheila Watson; his great grandchildren, Brilan Johnston, Kayson Johnston and Brynlie Johnston; his siblings, Tanner Johnston (Lorice) of Ada, OK and Judy Dull (Richard) of Winter Park, FL; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Johnston. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
