She is survived by: her children, John Blake (Lisa), William Blake (Andi) and Beverly Blake Byrne; her grandchildren, Micah Blake (Sarah), Melissa Blake Boyer (Craig), Dani Blake Bounds (Ryder), Will Blake and Blake Byrne; and her great grandchildren, Grace, Mary, Lucy Boyer and Kaylee Blake.
