He was predeceased by: his father Benjamin Chambless; and his grandparents, Wayne, Jean Montgomery, Paul, Marjorie Chambless and Jerry Mayes.
He is survived by: his wife Krystal; his sons, Preston Andrew, Matthew Blaine and Ethan Jace; his mother Cynthia Chambless of Dallas, Texas; his siblings, Margie Potter (Dan) of Guadalajara, Mexico and Spencer Chambless (Tonya) of Bullard, Texas; his parents-in-law, Carl and Gayla Flowers of Crandall, Texas; and his brother-in-law Carl Flowers IV (Kelli) of Forney. He is also survived by several nephews, great nephews, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
