She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Smitherman of Covington, Jerry Smitherman of Covington, Joe Smitherman of Covington, Jimmy Smitherman of Covington and Jason Smitherman of Covington; her grandchildren, Koby, Lynnsey, Dillion, Austin, Sierra, Jake, Kylie, Destynee, Marshal, Lexi, Justin, Destinee and Talia; her great grandchild Everette; and her sisters, Barbara Duke (Roy) of Burleson, Betty Johnson of Cleburne, Larissa, Kaycee, Michelle, Dempsey and Desery.
