He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl Nickell and Geneva Nickell; his wife Elizabeth; his sons, Grant Nickell (Tina) of Granbury and Bill Nickell (Angela) of Covington; his grandchildren, Nik Tate, Galena Tate, Jessica Nickell and Andrew Nickell; his siblings, Carleen Harris of Bynum, John Nickell (LaRue) of Killeen and Jerry Nickell of Lampasas; and his uncle Jack Price of Cleburne. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
