She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Fogarty Moore (James) and Kathy Fogarty Agnew; her grandchildren, Stephanie Fogarty, Matthew Pratt, Robert Pratt and Tyson Agnew; and her great grandchildren, Savannah Gunnerson, Stephen Gunnerson, Sean Gunnerson and Ryan Pratt.
