He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Clay and Jewel "Babe" Gray Hodges; his wife Myrtle Hodges; and his siblings, Melton W. Hodges and Mary L. Hodges McDonough.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Campbell (Troy), Ricky Hodges (Kimberly), Laura Hodges (David) and Cindy Segars (Joe); and his sister Nita McDowell. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
