He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Poldrack and Lucy Bachmayer Poldrack; his spouse Lanell Reeves; and his siblings, Leroy, Ruben Poldrack, Corinne Haverland and Lois Lenz.
He is survived by: his children, Denney Poldrack, Terry Poldrack (Martha), Kandice Samuelson and Kimery Poldrack (Erin Barber); his grandchildren, Hunter Poldrack, Heather Shuttles (Rob), Tiffany Samuelson, Evan Poldrack and Sawyer Poldrack; and his great grandchildren, Aubrey Shuttles, Haydon Shuttles, Krista Poldrack and Remington Poldrack. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
