She was predeceased by: her parents, George Stiba and Bridget Sawey Stiba of Rice's Crossing, Texas.; her husband Allen Polzin; her sisters, Elnora, Annie Stiba, Marjorie Weber and Eileen Howard; and her siblings-in-law, Pat and Julia Stiba.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Doss (Bill) and Judy Polzin; her brother George Stiba; her grandsons, Lance Haag (Angie), Brad Haag, Adam Doss (Ashley) and Jacob Doss (Brynne); her great grandchildren, Bailey Haag, Javier, Diego Haag, Harper, Daxon Doss and Rhett Doss; and her nephews, Greg Kaiser and Mark Weber. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Peter's Church in Coupland.
