He was predeceased by: his parents, George Cook and Loreen Keck Cook of Cotulla, Texas.; and his brother Richard Keck Cook. He is survived by: his wife Marlene; his daughters, Julie Cook-Runnoe (John), Sheri Bohlman (Tim) and Leslie Krueger (Brian); and his grandchildren, Alyssa, Matthew, Logan, Collin, Riley and Oliver. He is also survived by niece, nephews, cousins, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law and other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be given to the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra.
