He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Harbour and Blanche Harbour (Shepherd); his former wife Dell Harbour; his son Rocky D. Harbour; and his sisters, Ginger Toler and Patsy Anglin.
He is survived by: his children, Keith Harbour (Janace) of Columbus, Scott Harbour of Cotton Center, David Harbour (Lisa) of Gnome and Jodi Reeves of Lubbock; and his sister Jody Cybriel of Cincinnati, Ohio.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
