She was predeceased by: her parents, Oather John and Johnnie Leon McGowen (Davis); her son Rocky D. Harbour; and her siblings, James McGowen, Larry D. McGowen and Jolene Gravestock.
She is survived by: her husband Harold Harbour of Cotton Center; her children, Keith Harbour (Janace) of Columbus, Scott Harbour of Cotton Center, David Harbour (Lisa) of Gnome, Alaska and Jodi Reeves of Lubbock; and her brother Gary D. McGowen (Susan) of Midland. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson.
