She was predeceased by: her parents, Sammie Ellis Fultz and Ethel Irene Fultz; her husband Bobby Lynn Neeley; her son Russell Wayne Neely; her sisters, Evelyn Adams, Martha McDonald, Billie McNeel and Jesslyn McDaniel; and her niece Brenda Combs.
She is survived by: her daughter Rebecca Neeley of Joshua; her daughter-in-law Sherri Neeley of Rockwall, Texas.; her grandchildren, Brandon Youngblood, Max Youngblood of Kansas City, Ryan Neeley of Rockwall, Griffin Fraser (Chelsey) of Rockwall, Patrick Fraser of Garland and Christina Neeley Wilkes (Conner) of Rockwall, Texas.; and her sister Earlene Slaughter of Corsicana. She is also survived by her family and friends.
