He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Wiggins and Glenda Sue Wiggins; his brother Shannon; his wife Dawn; his children, Shaye Turner, Russell Turner, Emily Wiggins and Shelby Pillow; and his family Stephen.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home (1530 N 45th St, Corsicana, TX 75110). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Northside Baptist Church (2800 N Beaton St, Corsicana, TX 75110).
